Polish pipe mill eyes US sales by year-end

Huta Labedy aims to obtain API certification for its welded pipe mill by the end of 2017, which will enable exports to the US, according to the company’s president, Zenon Gorniak. The Polish firm inaugurated in May 2016 an electric resistance welding (ERW) pipe mill supplied by SMS (see Kallanish 30 May 2016).
