Polish investment firm submits bid for Huta Czestochowa
Sunningwell International Polska has submitted a bid to acquire bankrupt Polish plate mill ISD Huta Czestochowa (HCz), a spokesperson for the investment firm confirms to Kallanish.
“Talks over the purchase of Huta Czestochowa by the Polish firm Sunningwell have been going on for some time,” the spokesperson says. “We will be updating on the issue (in due course).”
