Polish HR flats imports drop despite Ukraine-origin plate
Polish hot rolled flat product imports fell -11% on-year in July to 196,469 tonnes, according to data from Poland’s Central Statistical Office (GUS) monitored by Kallanish. Their average value declined to PLN 2,288/tonne ($592) versus PLN 2,478/t in July 2018.
