Polish HR flats exports slump to 2019-low
Polish hot rolled flat product exports slumped -44% on-year in August to 51,654 tonnes, according to data from Poland’s Central Statistical Office (GUS) monitored by Kallanish. This was their lowest monthly tonnage so far in 2019. Their average value was PLN 2,440/tonne ($629) versus PLN 2,506/t in August 2018.
