Polish court dismisses Huta Czestochowa liquidation legal challenge
The Czestochowa district court has thrown out a challenge by Liberty Steel-owned Corween Investments against the court’s decision to reject a pre-packaged insolvency for Huta Czestochowa in favour of liquidation.
