Polish car output sinks to 15-year low
Polish passenger car production rose 1.1% on-year in December 2018 to 27,700 units, bringing to an end 11 consecutive months of decline. It was nevertheless the second-lowest monthly output last year. This is according to data from Poland’s Central Statistical Office (GUS) monitored by Kallanish.
Full-year 2018 production thus declined -12.3% on-year to 451,600 units, the lowest output since 2003.
