Polish car output continues downtrend
Polish passenger car production declined for a consecutive month in February, by -12.1% on-year to 38,500 units, according to data from Poland’s Central Statistical Office (GUS) monitored by Kallanish.
Car output in January-February was thus down -14.9% on-year to 70,600 units.
Production of commercial vehicles, including trucks and tractors, however, surged 39.5% in February to 20,954 units, taking two-month output up 19.8% to 35,648 units.
