Polish car output rises 2.5% in January-February
Polish passenger car production increased 5% on-year in February to 52,400 vehicles, according to data from Poland’s Central Statistical Office (GUS) monitored by Kallanish.
January-February output thus increased 2.5% to 98,900 units. Annualised for 2016 this would amount to 593,400 units, surpassing the 534,700 vehicles produced in 2015 when Polish passenger car output recorded its first annual growth since 2008.
