Poland sources less HRC from Germany, Turkey
Polish hot rolled flat product imports dropped -38% on-year in November 2019 to 156,950 tonnes, according to data from Poland’s Central Statistical Office (GUS) monitored by Kallanish.
The most-imported product was hot rolled plate above 10mm thick whose intake fell -16% to 38,570t. Within this, HS code 72085120 accounted for 28,991t, of which Czech Republic and Ukraine took in 10,030t and 8,033t respectively, up 42% and 11%. However, Russia, Austria and Spa…
