Poland favours Ukrainian HR flats over Russia
Polish hot rolled flat product imports fell -4% on-year in April to 245,440 tonnes, according to data from Poland’s Central Statistical Office (GUS) monitored by Kallanish. Their average value declined to PLN 2,305/tonne ($607) versus 2,433/t in April 2018.
