US plate producers launch 12-countries trade case
US cut-to-length plate producers have filed an import dumping trade case against 12 countries-of-origin. They also allege that three of those countries are also subsidising their domestic industries, Kallanish learns from the law firm of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP.
ArcelorMittal USA, Nucor Corporation and SSAB Enterprises allege that the 12 countries are dumping plate at the margins listed below.
