Plains All American proceeds with Cactus II Pipeline
Plains All American Pipeline announced Monday it has received commitments totaling 358,500 barrels per day of capacity during a just-completed binding open season. It will build a pipeline system from the Permian Basin to the Corpus Christi/Ingleside, Texas, area.
The so-called Cactus II Pipeline will add up to 585,000 barrels per day of crude oil and condensate takeaway capacity from West Texas, according to Houston-based midstreamer Plains.
