Pipe joint manufacturer Victaulic acquires metals fabricator
US pipe joint manufacturer Victaulic has acquired the operating assets of the Tennessee Metal Fabricating (TMF) Corporation as the company works to expand its presence in multiple infrastructure product markets.
According to an update, Kallanish understands that Pennsylvania-based Victaulic acquired TMF's three buildings equalling 125,000 square feet spread over 36 acres of land earlier this month for an undisclosed sum.
