Phillips 66 announces $4.1 billion in new pipelines
Energy maker and logistics company Phillips 66 has announced two new crude oil pipelines with different partners that, combined, will cost $4.1 billion, Kallanish reports.
Phillips 66 and pipeliner Bridger Pipeline LLC formed a 50/50 joint venture, Liberty Pipeline LLC, and are proceeding with construction of the $1.6 billion Liberty Pipeline.
