Phillips 66, Andeavor to build West Texas line
Phillips 66 Partners and Andeavor (formerly independent refiner Tesoro) have received sufficient binding commitments via an initial open season to build the 550-mile Gray Oak Pipeline system.
Gray Oak will flow up to 1 million barrels per day (MMBPD) of crude oil from the Permian Basin in West Texas to the Corpus Christi and Sweeny/Freeport, Texas, markets, Kallanish reports.
