Philippines sees illegal steel auctioned
The Steel Angles, Shapes and Sections Manufacturers Association of the Philippines, Inc. (SASSMAPI) says containers of uncertified steel angles are being sold from Philippine ports instead of being destroyed as legally required, Kallanish learns.
