Philippines nuclear decision could boost steelmaking
The Philippines is debating whether to bring online the country’s only nuclear power plant (NPP) — built 40 years ago at a cost of more than $2 billion but never used — to ensure the long-term supply of clean, cheap electricity, its energy minister said.
