Philippine steelwork's hopes turn to Chinese investor
The search for an investor for National Steel Corporation (NSC) in the Philippines appears to have made little progress, with the site being offered to non-steel firms. The country is aiming to sweeten the deal for a separate Chinese steel investment however, Kallanish notes.
