Philippine steel institute could sue authorities over imports
The Philippine Iron and Steel Institute (PISI) could sue the country’s national Bureau of Product Standards. The latter organisation issued a “… provisional import clearance certificate” to what the PISI claims was an illegal shipment of 5,000 tonne of Chinese rebars.
