Philippine customs seizes Chinese pipe cargo
The Philippine Bureau of Customs has said it seized a cargo of square pipes from China on 3 July at the Port of Davao. The episode is the latest in a series of seizures of Chinese steel products which were allegedly incorrectly declared or unlicensed, Kallanish notes.
