Peru’s iron ore output grows in November
Peruvian iron ore production rose month-on-month in November 2023. Output was also higher year-on-year, Kallanish notes.
Iron ore output reached 1.15 million tonnes in the month. This was up 169,712 tonnes, or 17.3%, versus October’s 981,332t, and 8.5% higher on-year, according to the latest Peruvian mines and energy ministry (Minem) report.
