Peru’s iron ore output grows in July
Peru saw iron ore production increase both month-on-month and on-year in July. Seven-month performance also remained markedly higher on-year, Kallanish notes.
According to the latest Peruvian mines and energy ministry (Minem) report, iron ore output reached 1.17 million tonnes in July, 4.9% more over June and 52% higher on-year.
