Chinese investor delays Aceros del Paraguay revamp
The Chinese owner of Aceros del Paraguay (Acepar) has temporarily halted refurbishment works at the Paraguayan steelmaker due to working permit problems. This is according to a note issued to local media by Henan Complant Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Group (HCME) subsidiary USA Industrial and Comercial Group.
