Eastern Germany's Thies & Co. acquires Peine-based distributor
A local steel distributor located in Peine, Lower Saxony, has been acquired by eastern German group Thies & Co, Kallanish learns.
Stanze-Stahl is a stockholding distributor of miscellaneous long and flat products, covering sheet, sections, merchant bar, bright bar, pipes and rebar. It offers processing services such as cutting, sawing, welding and drilling, amongst others.
