Patrick Industries buys MMC for $20m
Component fabricator and distributor Patrick Industries has acquired marine fabricator Metal Moulding Corporation (MMC), Kallanish learns from a company release.
The Elkhart, Indiana, company paid about $20 million for the Madison, Tennessee, company, which has an annual revenue of about $19m.
