Patrick Industries acquires Indiana sheet fabricator
Building products distributor Patrick Industries Inc has acquired steel and aluminium sheet fabricator Mishawaka Sheet Metal, Kallanish understands.
The Elkhart, Indiana-based Mishawaka posted 2015 revenue of about $28 million. Patrick acquired the company for $14m. Mishawaka will be operated by Patrick as a stand-alone entity and will retain its name and facility site.
