Paraguay's Acepar faces fine for tax evasion
The future of steelmaker Aceros del Paraguay (Acepar) has become more uncertain, Kallanish notes. After the cancelation of the 20-year concession agreement with China`s Henan Complant Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Group (HCME) to run the mill on 13 February, the steelmaker is now facing a new legal process.
