Pantech plans to list steel pipe subsidiaries
Malaysian steel products maker Pantech is plannning to list its stainless steel and carbon steel pipe manufacturing units, Kallanish notes.
The firm says in a bourse filing that it is seeking to list its wholly-owned subsidiaries Pantech Stainless & Alloy Industries and Pantech Steel Industries via a special purpose vehicle.
