Panoramic nears nickel underground mining in Australia
Australia miner Panoramic Resources says it is close to underground mining at the Savannah nickel operation in Western Australia, Kallanish notes from local press reports.
The mining contractor for the mine, Barminco, has completed 468 metres of horizontal underground development to connect with the vertical ventilation shaft at Savannah. The construction of the ventilation device is expected to be completed in March 2021.
