Panhua signs Philippine steelworks memorandum of understanding

Chinese steelmaker Panhua Group signed a memorandum of understanding on 17 September, to build an integrated steel mill in Misamis Oriental province in the Philippines, Kallanish notes. The non-binding agreement was signed with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority. Panhua says it is now looking to secure land in the Phividec Industrial Estate.
