Panhua ships first equipment to Philippine steel project
China’s Panhua Group has held a ceremony to dispatch the first batch of equipment shipped from China to its Philippine steel project. The vessel Spring Salim departed from Zhangjiagang Huada Shipping Terminal on 19 March, Kallanish notes.
Panhua Group signed a memorandum of understanding with partners and related Philippine authorities in 2018 for the steel project. The firm expects to build the $3.5 billion steelworks in three phases over three years, …
