Pakistan's Crescent forecasts record sales, delays billet expansion

Crescent Steel & Allied Products aims to finish the 2016/17 fiscal year, which runs through June, with sales of 85,000 tonnes, a record annual tonnage for the Pakistani welded pipe and merchant billet producer.
