Pakistan imposes anti-dumping duty on Canada, Russia CRC
Pakistan has imposed a provisional anti-dumping duty of 13.94% ad valorem on the c&f price of cold rolled coil imports from Canada and Russia. The duty is valid for four months from 20 September.
Pakistan initiated an investigation into these imports in May following a petition by producers Aisha Steel Mills (ASML) and International Steels Limited (see Kallanish passim). The products in question fall under HS codes 7209.1510, 7209.1590, 7209.1610, 7209.1690,…
