Ore carriers could boost Hyundai Heavy
South Korean shipbuilder Hyundai Heavy could win orders for as many as ten very large ore carriers (VLOCs) from Polaris Shipping. The Korean shipping firm is looking to renew its fleet to carry iron ore from Brazil to Asia after safety issues with its existing fleet, Kallanish notes.
