OMK files lawsuit against Ural Steel: reports
United Metallurgical Company (OMK) subsidiary Vyksa Steelworks (VMZ) is seeking to recover RUB 6.42 billion ($73 million) from Ural Steel through the courts, according to Russian media reports.
The claim was filed with the Moscow Arbitration Court and published in the arbitration cases file on 4 April. The case hearing is scheduled for 26 August.
