New Saudi measures concern Oman steel suppliers
Oman’s steelmakers are anxious due to the “rules of origin” decree in Saudi Arabia, which took effect the same day it was announced, on 3 July, catching the market by surprise. A large number of trucks are waiting at the Saudi border because of uncertainty over the decree’s implementation.
