OCTG prices lean on skelp for strength
US oil country tubular goods (OCTG) pricing held firm ahead of the Easter holiday, Kallanish reports.
All eyes remain on skelp as the primary driver of OCTG pricing, though demand has been slowly but surely returning from the oilfield (see related story).
Kallanis held its representative P110 domestic welded casing price Friday at $1,700-1,750/short ton, ex-works, plain-end.
