Chinese/Belgian ports collaborate as 2017 steel trade dips

Northern China’s Caofeidian port and Belgium’s Port of Antwerp have signed a memorandum of understanding to boost trade between the two ports (see Kallanish 7 May). A proposed rail connection between the two ports may one day be significant.
