Nucor subsidiary buys AMICO bar grating manufacturer
A subsidiary of US steelmaker Nucor plans to acquire the assets of Alabama Metals Industries Corporation’s (AMICO) bar grating facility in Bourbonnais, Illinois.
Concurrently, Nucor-subsidiary Fisher & Ludlow will acquire the associated bar grating equipment and inventory at three additional AMICO locations, Kallanish notes.
