Nucor raises plate $40/st
Nucor is pushing its spot plate prices up by $40/short ton, Kallanish learns from a customer letter.
The increase is effective for all new orders and existing orders slated to ship the week of 25 June.
“We reserve the right to review and re-quote any offers that are not confirmed with either a Nucor sales acknowledgement or written acceptance by both parties," the letter states.
