Nucor lifts US plate prices
Nucor is raising its plate base prices by $40/short ton, Kallanish learns from a customer letter.
The increase is effective immediately for all non-confirmed spot orders.
Prior to the increase, Kallanish put plate on Monday at the $540-560/st mark, with indications of rising prices during the week. Plate prices are updated each Monday.
