Nucor lifts rebar prices
Nucor is raising its transaction prices for 20-foot rebar sticks by $20/short ton, Kallanish learns from a company announcement.
The increase is effective 16 May. Orders placed before the close of business on the 13 May will be price-protected through 1 June.
“As always, we will monitor the marketplace and respond accordingly in order to assure you of receiving a competitively priced product,” the company says in its announcement.
