Nucor increases sheet prices by $30/st
US steelmaker Nucor is upping its sheet prices effective immediately, Kallanish understands from a customer letter.
A base price increase of $30/short ton is now in effect for all hot-rolled, cold-rolled and galvanized substrate products. Nucor notes in its letter that a $30/st increase is the minimum for new orders.
