Nucor buys stake in Trion Coatings
Nucor has bought a minority stake in Trion Coatings, which aims to make chrome plating environmentally friendly, Kallanish understands.
Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Nucor will license and facilitate the commercialization of Trion's technology at its St. Joe, Indiana, facility.
