Nucor buys downstream paneling fabricator
US steel producer Nucor is buying a downstream insulated metal paneling company in Laurens, South Carolina, Kallanish reports.
TrueCore LLC produces insulates metal panels for the refrigeration market from its Laurens facility with 26 employees. Financial details for the buy were not disclosed.
