Nucor to buy melt shop, plate mill
Nucor has picked Italian equipment supplier Danieli to provide the melt shop and plate mill for its new $1.35 billion Brandenburg, Kentucky, mill, Kallanish learns from a Danieli release.
Danieli expects to provide $330 million in equipment for the new mill, which will come online in 2022.
