Nucor to build new micro bar mill
Nucor is hunting for a location for a new micro-mill bar, Kallanish reports.
The project – recently approved by the company’s board of directors – could be sited in either the Midwest or the Southeast. Sites in Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, South Carolina and Florida are all in consideration, the company says.
No budget, timeline or facility capabilities have yet been released.
