Nucor advances plate base prices
US steel producer Nucor is raising its base prices for all carbon and alloy plate products, Kallanish learns from a company announcement.
The $50/short ton increase is effective immediately for all plate products, including heat-treated material. The increase is additive to previous increases and unconfirmed orders are subject to possible review and requoting.
