Nucor adds $240 million galvanizing line in Arkansas
US steel producer Nucor plans to build a $240 million, 500,000 short ton/year galvanizing line at its Nucor Steel Arkansas facility, Kallanish learns from a company statement.
The line is slated to begin production in the first half of 2021. Nucor is concurrently performing a $230m upgrade of the Arkansas facility’s cold mill complex.
