NSSMC to become Nippon Steel, again
Japan’s Nippon Steel and Sumitomo Metal Corporation (NSSMC) has decided it will return to the trade name of one of its predecessor companies, Nippon Steel Corporation in 2019, it told Kallanish on Wednesday. At the same time, it plans to consolidate its stainless steel arms into one wholly-owned subsidiary.
